What are the skill-related components of fitness?
The skill related components of fitness consist of speed, power, agility, reaction time, balance, and coordination.
Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?
In order to be a great athlete, one must expand upon their skill related fitness, which has no link what so ever to living a healy, fit life.
Why is it important to know your current level of health related fitness?
It is important to know my current level of fitness because once I know my limits, I can begin to better myself in the areas that I am not too keen in.
